GCr15 is a high-carbon chromium bearing steel with relatively high carbon content, combined with high chromium to form a large amount of hard carbides, significantly enhancing hardenability, hardness, and wear resistance. Strict limits on sulfur and phosphorus impurities ensure high steel purity, minimal dimensional distortion, and strong stability during heat treatment, making it suitable for saw blades and wear-resistant components operating under long-term high loads and severe wear conditions.

The product features uniform and regular metallographic structure, with smooth and flat surfaces compatible with laser cutting processes, producing clean cuts with minimal burrs.
