Ni36 is an iron-nickel low-expansion precision alloy with stable nickel content around 36%. It achieves an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion through its special lattice structure. Sulfur and phosphorus impurities are strictly controlled, ensuring high material purity and strong microstructural stability with minimal deformation during temperature changes. It is suitable for manufacturing precision saw blades and instrument accessories requiring constant dimensions in high-temperature and variable-temperature environments.

The product features fine and uniform grains, with smooth and flat surfaces compatible with laser cutting processes, producing clean cuts with minimal burrs. The annealed hardness is relatively low with excellent plasticity, allowing easy and convenient bending, stamping, and finishing. It offers outstanding thermal stability, with a coefficient of thermal expansion far below that of ordinary steels in the -200°C to 230°C range. Saw blades made from this material resist thermal expansion and contraction deformation during long-term alternating high-low temperature conditions, maintaining long-term dimensional stability.
