The product features uniformly spheroidized internal carbides and smooth, flat surfaces, with excellent laser cutting forming performance. The annealed hardness is moderate, allowing convenient and controllable bending, stamping, and finishing operations. After quenching, it achieves ultra-high hardness and excellent elasticity, with wear rates far below those of ordinary carbon steel saw blades. It is suitable for long-duration high-speed cutting with long-lasting sharp edges. With moderate toughness, it resists chipping and cracking under normal light-to-medium duty conditions.
